• No purchase necessary to enter the giveaway. Any purchase of an eBook or physical book will not increase odds of winning. Winner will be chosen by randomly generated selection.

• The owner of BadAllDay.com is solely responsible for the giveaway

• Open to all members of all 50 US states and the District of Columbia, and the Canadian provinces excluding Quebec

• Entry to the giveaway is achieved by submission of an email address on the BadAllDay.com website. Email address information collected will NOT be shared with any third party or used in any way except to inform entrants of the conclusion of a giveaway and the beginning of another. Entrants need only enter once to be entered into future giveaways, and an email address can be withdrawn at any time through an unsubscribe button found in the email sent by BadAllDay.com.

• No personal information will be collected with the exception of an email address to be entered into the random draw, and a request of the address of the winner to mail the prize. Address information will be discarded after the prize has been sent.
